Christopher M. Barry is a personal injury attorney and partner at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC, an Indiana law firm recognized by U.S. News—Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms”. He represents individuals and families across Indiana in serious injury and wrongful death cases, with a focus on motor vehicle and commercial trucking accidents.

Chris has built his practice advocating for people whose lives have been changed by catastrophic injuries. His work often involves complex cases against insurance companies and large corporations, where he combines detailed case preparation with a willingness to go to trial when necessary to obtain full and fair compensation.

Recognized by both clients and peers, Chris has been named as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in Indiana since 2011 and was previously selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer. He has also been chosen by Indiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2012 through 2020, and more recently as an Indiana Super Lawyer in 2025 and 2026. In 2026, he was included in The Best Lawyers in America®, reflecting his professional reputation and results. Indianapolis Monthly also included him in their list of 2026 Top Lawyers, alongside the firm’s nine other attorneys.

Chris believes that the civil justice system—particularly the right to a jury trial—plays a critical role in holding negligent parties accountable. He represents injured individuals exclusively and is committed to helping clients navigate difficult circumstances with clear guidance, responsiveness, and strong advocacy.

A native of West Lafayette, Indiana, Chris graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College and earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He began his legal career with Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC as a law clerk before joining the firm as an attorney. He became a partner in 2019. Chris is also licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri, in addition to Indiana.

Chris lives in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife, Erika, and their family. Outside the office, he is actively involved in the community, including participating in the firm’s annual bike helmet giveaway and coaching youth sports in the Fishers and Noblesville area.
