Samantha Stevens’ desire to help others is what drove her to become an attorney. As a personal injury attorney at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC, Samantha works with clients after litigation has begun, through mediation, and during preparation for trial. From 2019 to 2025, she was selected as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star Honoree — an honor that only a few top-rated personal injury attorneys receive. She was also recently named as one of Indianapolis Monthly’s 2026 Top Lawyers.

“I grew up around the law firm and saw attorneys who really, truly cared about the people they were working for and really wanted to make a positive difference in their lives and in the community,” Samantha said. “I saw them do a lot of work in the community, not because they had to, but because they wanted to. They spend a lot of time in these communities.”

Samantha shares the law firm’s commitment to strengthening the communities of Indiana through effective legal advocacy and community involvement.

Samantha attended Lawrence North High School, then graduated with Honors from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. While she was a law student at Indiana University McKinney School of Law, she worked as a law clerk at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC. She graduated in 2015 and joined the firm as an attorney.

When she became an attorney for the firm, she initially managed pre-litigation cases. Samantha is now part of the litigation and trial division, where she works on cases in litigation from their commencement to their conclusion.

Samantha is part of the highly regarded team of attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC who are committed to compassionate client service and aggressive legal advocacy for injured people and their families. She is prepared to help injured people hold insurance companies accountable and demand the full and fair compensation that clients need to rebuild their lives, supporting them as they move forward after serious injuries caused by the negligence of others.
