Craig, Kelley & Faultless tirelessly works to educate the public about safety, the litigation process and empowering the people. David W. Craig has written two best-selling legal books for general audiences (It’s Never Been Easier to Hire the Wrong Attorney and Semitruck Wreck: A Guide for Victims and their Families). He also hosts the podcast After the Crash, where he shares information about trucking to help educate and empower listeners. Additionally, founder William (B.J.) Kelley II has written a book, Soft Tissue Injuries and Hard Ball Tactics, about dealing with soft tissue injuries and insurance companies following an injury. The law firm also participates in safety events where they educate the populace on sharing the road safely with semis and others, distracted driving and children’s safety issues.
