I wish I could say that the circumstances in which I met David Craig were pleasant. I wish my first meeting with him could have been at a safety festival where he was passing out bike helmets to children. Or that I had met him at a dinner out with a group of friends for a special occasion. But that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, I met David Craig in his law office during the summer of 2011, just days after my husband was killed in a horrible crash caused by a distracted commercial truck driver.

Was involved in a not-at-fault accident and the other party’s insurance was being exceedingly uncooperative (shocker), I assigned Craig, Kelley and Faultless LLC to the situation and they did an exemplary job with my situation. Great communication overall, good quality counsel, and handled everything in a timely manner, any delays were caused by the other party’s lack of cooperation in what should have been a clear cut case. Do not trust insurance companies, trust Craig, Kelley and Faultless LLC.

I would highly recommend Craig, Kelley and Faultless LLC. Whitney was my attorney and Kelly was the paralegal. Both ladies did an outstanding job helping me through everything: Whitney was my attorney from the start. She explained everything to me and was always willing to help me understand the process when I didn’t understand what was going on. She is very compassionate but at the same time she has a backbone and would not let anyone walk all over her or her client. At times I would get overwhelmed with the process and Whitney always takes the time to explain what was going on and why. She tells you in away that you understood why and what the reason was for. I completely trusted Whitney as we went through the process.
Kelly came in midway through and you would have never known. She did a great job assisting Whitney! I would call and speak with Kelly and she would also get the information that I was requesting.
Both Whitney and Kelly did a great job communicating and being supportive during a difficult situation. I am truly thankful for them in helping after I was in a car accident.
