I wish I could say that the circumstances in which I met David Craig were pleasant. I wish my first meeting with him could have been at a safety festival where he was passing out bike helmets to children. Or that I had met him at a dinner out with a group of friends for a special occasion. But that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, I met David Craig in his law office during the summer of 2011, just days after my husband was killed in a horrible crash caused by a distracted commercial truck driver.

I reached out to them after a work injury. I had contacted a few others that wouldn’t take my case but Krysten listened to what i had been going through and agreed to take it on. It was a long drawn out process. We ended up going to trial and Krysten got everything I asked for! After trial I have had an issue with the assigned dr and Krysten and her team are still working hard to get everything sorted out. I would recommend them 10/10 times!

I cannot recommend Craig, Kelley and Faultless LLC enough!! My direct contact Jennah Mackle was so consistent and encouraging and supportive and worked so hard to complete and collect all the claims I was eligible for after my accident.
There were several things I had no clue that I could pursue for additional compensation. And while I was still dealing with pain and doctors visits, she was quick and on the ball with getting additional items compensated. I couldn’t have been in better care with anyone else. They helped ease my anxiety and stress in big ways.

On this Thanksgiving Eve, I am most thankful for the great care and attention afforded me by the amazing team of professionals at Craig, Kelley and Faultless LLC. Although I hope to never have to call on their services again, it is comforting to know that they are just a phone call away. What sound and felt like an explosion upon soon realizing that I had been hit from behind while sitting at a stop light, the commercial truck driver responsible for the accident ultimately caused me multiple hospital visits and months of therapy treatment. In 2017, my 3 year old Son Vinnie was in a bad accident. As a result he suffered in different ways. Understanding it’s Difficult to sue a School my Attorneys were awesome. I want to thank Cassie for being a great help for all of us! She is always alert and on her P’s and Q’s and very helpful and caring! I recommend Anyone to go to them!!! Krysten was also helpful and warming. I was nervous at first, but she gave me a walk through and gave me a better understanding of things… 10/10 recommended!
